Course Cancellation

Course cancellations must be requested in writing through our contact form or by email. Cancellation terms depend on the specific course agreement and timing of the request. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to accommodate cancellation requests when possible.

If you cancel within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 25% of the course content, you may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to prorated refunds based on course completion and access.

To cancel your enrollment, please contact us with your enrollment details and reason for cancellation. We will process your request within 5-7 business days and confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund.

Refund Policy

Full refunds may be available if requested within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 25% of the course materials. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for cancellations made after this initial period.

Once a course is completed or more than 75% of the content has been accessed, refunds are generally not available except in exceptional circumstances such as technical issues preventing course access or course discontinuation.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5-10 business days.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your transaction details so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Course Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation and refund approval, your access to the course materials will be terminated. You will no longer be able to access course content, download materials, or participate in course activities.

If you cancel but are not eligible for a refund, you may retain access to the course materials for the remainder of the enrollment period, subject to the terms of your original enrollment agreement.

Modification Requests

Requests for course modifications, transfers, or extensions should be submitted as early as possible. Changes may be subject to additional fees depending on timing and scope. We will evaluate each request individually and work with you to find a suitable solution.

If you need to transfer your enrollment to a different course, we may accommodate such requests if made within the first 14 days of enrollment and if space is available in the requested course. Transfer fees may apply.

Course extensions may be available in certain circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other extenuating situations. Extension requests must be submitted before the course completion deadline and are subject to approval.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing a course, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve technical problems promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or course extension.

Technical issues must be reported within the course enrollment period. We cannot provide refunds for technical issues reported after course completion or expiration.

Course Discontinuation

In the rare event that we discontinue a course you are enrolled in, we will provide reasonable notice and offer alternative arrangements. You may be eligible for a full refund, transfer to a similar course, or completion of the course within an extended timeframe.

If a course is discontinued due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to provide fair alternatives or refunds as appropriate.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services may be non-refundable, including completed courses, digital materials that have been downloaded, and promotional or discounted courses that were clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Certificates of completion, if issued, are generally non-refundable. However, if a certificate was issued in error or due to a technical issue, we will work to resolve the matter appropriately.
